A: No. The casino building features a state-of-the-art ventilation and air-cleaning system that that re-circulates fresh air 7 times per hour or once every 8.5 minutes.

A: Yes.There is parking available in the north section of the parking lot.

Q: How big is the Downstream Casino Resort hotel?
A: The Downstream hotel is a 12‐story, 222‐room facility. The front desk, meeting rooms, offices and gift shop will be located on the first floor. Guest rooms will be located on floors 2 through 12.

Q: What types of rooms are available?
A: The Downstream hotel has 2 types of rooms available, Deluxe and Suites.

Deluxe ‐ 2 queens or 1 king size bed with both smoking and non‐smoking rooms available.
Suites ‐ (15) one‐ and two‐bedroom, all with separate living area, pull‐out couch and a Jacuzzi.

*Adjoining rooms and handicap accessible rooms also available.

Q: What are the guest room amenities?
A: All rooms feature a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker,hair dryer, iron, flat-screen TV and safe. All rooms have wi-fi capability.

A: Check in will be at 4:00 pm. Check out will be at noon.

A: There are 10% discounts for AARP, AAA and military members.

Q: Does the Downstream hotel have a swimming pool?
A: The Downstream hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, large deck, cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. The pool is closed during inclement weather and for the winter months.

A: Yes. The fitness room is located on the lower level of the Downstream hotel. It features state‐of‐the‐art exercise equipment.

A: No. There are no pets allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals.

A: Yes. The drinking age is 21 and over.

A: Smoking is permitted on the casino floor as well as at Legends Sports Bar, Devils Promenade, and the Red Oak Steakhouse bar; however all of our restaurants are non‐smoking.

A: At Downstream Casino Resort, customer service is our top priority. Our cocktail servers will personally deliver cocktails and complimentary soft drinks.

Q: What can we use the Q Club card for at your restaurants and/or bars?
A: The Q Club card is welcomed for point redemption at our restaurants. However, it cannot be used for alcoholic beverages.

Q: Do you have cigarettes for sale in your casino?
A: Our friendly cocktail waitresses would be glad to sell your favorite brand of cigarettes, wherever you are located in the casino.

Q: At what time do you begin serving alcohol? When do you stop serving alcohol?
A: We begin serving alcohol at 10 am during the week, and last call is at 1:15 am.

On Sundays, beer is served beginning at 11 am, liquor beginning at 1 pm and is served until 1:15 am.

Q: Why aren’t alcoholic beverages complimentary? Which beverages are complimentary while gaming?
A: Oklahoma law prohibits serving complimentary cocktails in our Casino Resort. We are glad to serve unlimited coffee, soda and water free of charge during your visit to Downstream.

Q: What is the process for requesting a charitable donation from the resort?
A: Please make requests in writing, using our donation request form that you can download below. All requests need to be sent at least 60 days in advance of the event or the deadline for receiving funds. Provide us with an explanation of what your organization does, how the funds would be spent and specifically what group of people the donation would benefit. Please include all contact information of key organizers, and how a check should be made out.
