Ultimate Texas Hold’Em

By letting Players check their hands through the “River” card, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em beats other Hold’Em-style table games hands down.

How The Game Is Played

Prior to the first card being dealt, each Player places initial wager on the ANTE and BLIND spaces at his/her seat at the table. In addition to the ANTE and BLIND wagers, Players have the option to place a TRIPLE BONUS wager. All wagers must be placed prior to the Dealer announcing “no more bets”. No wager shall be made, increased, decreased or withdrawn after the Dealer has dealt the first hand in the game.

All Players and the Dealer are dealt hands of two cards. Once all hands have been dealt, each Player looks at their hand and has the option of “checking” their hand or placing a PLAY bet that is four times (4x) the amount wagered on the ANTE space. After this round of wagering, the Dealer deals the three “Community Cards” that constitute the “Flop” and reveals these cards on the table. If each Player has not already made a PLAY wager, they now have the option of “checking” their hand or placing a PLAY wager that is two times (2x) the amount wagered on the ANTE space.

Following this round of wagering, the Dealer deals the two “Community Cards” that constitute the “Turn” and “River” and reveals these cards on the table. Any Player who has not already made a PLAY wager now has a final option of placing a PLAY wager that is two times (2x) the amount wagered on the ANTE space or of folding their hand.

Once all Players have acted on their hands, the Dealer turns over the Dealer’s Hand. The Dealer’s Hand “qualifies” for live play with a Pair or better. After the Dealer’s Hand has been revealed, the Dealer turns over each Player’s Hand to determine the outcome of all wagers. The outcome of each game is determined by head-to-head play between the Player and Dealer based on the following possible hands (rankings from highest to lowest):

  • Royal Flush
  • Straight Flush
  • Four of a Kind
  • Full House
  • Flush
  • Straight
  • Three of a Kind
  • Two Pair
  • Pair Highest Card(s)
If the Dealer’s Hand does not “qualify”, the Player’s ANTE wager is returned to the Player and the Player’s other wagers (PLAY, BLIND and TRIPLE BONUS) receive action.

If the Dealer’s Hand “qualifies” and if the Player’s Hand beats the Dealer’s Hand, the Player’s ANTE and PLAY wagers each are paid at 1 to 1 and the Player’s BLIND and TRIPLE BONUS wagers receive action.

If the Dealer’s Hand “qualifies” and if the Dealer’s Hand beats the Player’s Hand, the Player loses both his/her ANTE and PLAY wagers and the Player’s BLIND and TRIPLE BONUS wagers receive action.

BLIND Wager Payouts

The BLIND wager pays if a Player’s winning hand is at least a Straight or better for the following hands:
  • Straight 1 to 1
  • Flush 3 to 2
  • Full House 3 to 1
  • Four of a Kind 10 to 1
  • Straight Flush 50 to 1
  • Royal Flush 500 to 1
If the Player’s Hand beats the Dealer’s Hand with less than a Straight or better, the Player’s BLIND wager is returned to the Player. If the Dealer’s Hand beats the Player’s Hand with less than a Straight or better, the Player loses the BLIND wager.

The TRIPLE BONUS Wager

he TRIPLE BONUS wager is an optional bet that allows each Player to bet on the value of their hand and does NOT play against the Dealer’s cards. The TRIPLE BONUS wager cannot exceed the amount of the ANTE wager. If a Player has made wagers on the TRIPLE BONUS space, the Player will receive a payout on the TRIPLE BONUS wager for the following hands:
  • T Three of a Kind 3 to 1
  • Straight 5 to 1
  • Flush 6 to 1
  • Full House 8 to 1
  • Four of a Kind 30 to 1
  • Straight Flush 40 to 1
  • Royal Flush 50 to 1

General Rules Of Play

Only Players who are seated may wager in the game. Once a Player has placed a wager and received cards, that Player must remain seated until the completion of the round of play.

Each Player may play up to two (2) betting positions. A Player who is playing two betting positions must act on the first hand dealt to them before looking at and acting on the second hand.

Players cannot show their hands to other Players. Any incorrect number of cards dealt to either a Player or the Dealer constitutes a complete misdeal of the hand. Should any card in any Player’s Hand be exposed during the dealing of the cards, such an event does not constitute a misdeal. Should more than one card be exposed during the dealing of the cards, the Dealer will declare a complete misdeal of the hand. Should the Dealer expose one or more of the Dealer’s cards during the dealing of the cards, the Dealer will declare a complete misdeal of the hand.

An Ace is considered to be a “high” card except in a “straight” Ace-2-3-4-5 sequence.

All management decisions are final.
