How many rooms are in the hotel?
A: The Downstream Casino Resort is a 12 story, 222 room hotel. The front desk, meeting rooms, casino, restaurants, and gift shop are located on the ground floor, with guest rooms on floors 1 through 12.

What types of rooms are available?
A: The hotel offers deluxe king and queen rooms and one and two bedroom suites. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

What are the designated check‐in and check‐out times?
A: Check‐in is at 4 pm and check‐out is at noon.

Does the hotel allow pets?
A: No pets are allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals.

Is transportation available to and from the airport/golf course?
A: We are not providing transportation services at this time.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
A: The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, large deck, cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. The pool is closed during the winter months and during inclement weather.

Is there an exercise room?
A: Yes. The fitness room is located on the lower level of the hotel. It features state‐ of‐the‐art equipment.

Is there a daycare/arcade in the hotel?
A: There are no childcare services on the property.

Is the spa open?
A: The spa is in the design phase of construction with no scheduled ground-breaking at this time.

What are the hours of the gift shop?
A: 8am to 10pm daily

Are handicapped rooms available?
A: Handicapped rooms are available on floors 2 – 10.

What are the room rates?
A: Please check the Pricing & Accomodations page for details on room prices and availability

How many smoking rooms are available?
A: Floors 2,4,6,8, and 12 are smoking floors.

What is the earliest date I can book a reservation for?
A: We are accepting reservations for 2011 and 2012 presently.

What are the room amenities?
A: All rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV and a safe. All rooms have Wi-Fi capability.

Are video game hookups available?
A: Yes, though guests must provide their own cables and connections.

Can I book a package?
A: Yes, golf packages are available.

Do all reservations require a credit card to hold the room?
A: Yes, all rooms require a credit card to secure a reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?
A: Guests must cancel a reservation no later than 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, their card will be charged for one night’s stay.

What discounts are available for AARP, AAA, etc?
A: We offer a 10% discount off the full retail price for AARP and AAA members.

Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
A: Yes, free of charge.

What are the hours for Room Service?
A: Room Service is available 24 hours a day.

What is the charge per extra guest or children?
A: There is no charge for extra guests or children. Only 4 guests are allowed in deluxe rooms.

How old does a child need to be in order to be left alone in a room?
A: Downstream Casino Resort requires that children be at least 12 years of age to be left alone in a room. No children under 18 are allowed in the gaming area of the casino floor.

Is there an age requirement to book a reservation to stay in the hotel?
A: Yes, at least one person in the room must be 21 years of age or older.

Will corporate rates be available?
A: Yes, corporate rates and contracts can be arranged by contacting our Sales Department.

How many conference rooms are available and how many does each seat?
A: There are 5 meeting rooms. Seating capacity by room as follows*:
