How big is the hotel?
A: The Downstream hotel is a 12 story, 222 room facility. The front desk, meeting rooms, offices, and gift shop are located on the first floor, with guest rooms on floors 2 through 12.

What types of rooms are available?
A: The hotel offers standard deluxe rooms and one and two bedroom suites. The suites are available Sundays through Thursdays. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

A: Check‐in is at 4 and check‐out is at noon.

A: No pets are allowed on the property, with the exception of guide dogs.

A: Floors 2,4,6,8, and 12 are smoking floors. Every room on these floors are smoking. This includes both double queen and king size beds.

A: We are accepting reservations for November 1, 2008 through April 3o, 2009.

What are the room amenities?
A: All rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV and a safe. All rooms have Wi-Fi capability.

A: Yes, though guests must provide their own cables/connections.

A: At this time, no packages are available.

Do all reservations require a credit card to hold the room?
A: Yes, all rooms require a credit card to secure a reservation.

A: Guests must cancel a reservation no later than 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, their card will be charged for one night’s stay.

A: We offer a 10% discount off the full retail price for AARP and Triple A members.

A: Yes, both will be available beginning opening day.

A: There is no extra fee for extra guests or children. Only 4 guests are allowed per room.

How old does a child need to be in order to be left alone in a room?
A: The Downstream hotel requires that children be at least 12 years of age to be left alone in a room. No children under 18 are allowed in the gaming area of the casino floor.
