How big is the hotel?
A: The Downstream hotel is a 12 story, 222 room facility. The front desk, meeting rooms, offices, and gift shop are located on the first floor, with guest rooms on floors 2 through 12.

A: The hotel offers deluxe king and queen rooms and one and two bedroom suites. The suites are available Sundays through Thursdays. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

A: No pets are allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals.

A: The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, large deck, cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. The pool is closed during inclement weather and during the winter months.

A: Yes. The fitness room is located on the lower level of the hotel. It features state‐ of‐the‐art equipment.

A: Guests must cancel a reservation no later than 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, their card will be charged for one night’s stay.

A: We offer a 10% discount off the full retail price for AARP and Triple A members.

A: There is no extra fee for extra guests or children. Only 4 guests are allowed per room.

How old does a child need to be in order to be left alone in a room?
A: The Downstream hotel requires that children be at least 12 years of age to be left alone in a room. No children under 18 are allowed in the gaming area of the casino floor.
