Community Sponsorship/Donations Overview
Downstream Casino Resort is dedicated to developing strong community ties through financial participation and active involvement with local and regional organizations and events. This program is designed to assist organizations by providing support, enhance quality of life and focus on the needs of the communities in which we live and do business. Involvement in an event should support the Downstream Casino Resort's responsible gaming policy, develop good will and sound relationships with charitable and civic organizations, and strengthen relationships with the community.
Downstream Casino Resort is committed to community involvement supporting local and regional organizations and seeks to support causes and charities traditionally supported by the Quapaw Tribe.
Downstream Casino Resort will not provide support to the following:
- Multi-year funding requests (Requests must be made and submitted each year)
- Political candidates or programs
Donation requests from organizations within our market and community will be reviewed monthly. When a request is received, notification of receipt will be sent to the contact person for the requesting organization. Requests for donations need to be submitted at least 60 days before the event or donation deadline. Downstream Casino Resort will notify the requesting organization’s contact person of the decision within 30 days.
Each request meeting our requirements will be reviewed individually and given equal consideration. Please carefully review these guidelines to ensure your request meets the requirements prior to submission.
